Mr. Rohan and Saroj Samtani ventured into the hospitality industry with a specialized store for cakes and chocolates under the brand name HangOut, Cakes & More, From 20 years in the city of Mumbai.Since then, the brand has multiplied tremendously and managed to establish a wide network of stores in the city. Having attained success in the retail industry, the company decided to diversify in other segments of hospitality by launching HangOut Villas, Lonavala being its first baby. We acquired a set of five row houses with an intention of turning the old and worn down structures into 5-star quality serviced apartments, say Mr.Samtani. The future seems vast and the company aims at acquiring more properties and extending the hospitality experience across India
